Our Service may include virtual currency, items, subscriptions, or other virtual goods purchasable with real currency. All virtual goods are licensed to you and remain the property of MobileMesh. These virtual goods have no monetary value outside of the Service and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual goods at any time without prior notice.
We may release updates, patches, and enhancements to improve the Service or add new features. Such updates may be mandatory and could impact your access or game progress.
We are not responsible for loss of data, progress, or virtual goods due to updates, technical issues, or maintenance.
You may submit or share user-generated content (“UGC”) such as avatars, chat messages, or in-game designs. By submitting UGC, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content within the Service.
You warrant that your UGC does not violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain harmful or offensive material. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
You agree to use the Service responsibly and respectfully. Prohibited behaviors include harassment, cheating, exploiting bugs, impersonation, spamming, and sharing offensive or illegal content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MobileMesh is based. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
